Juan Bosch was a bright intellectual, writer and political figure in the Dominican Republic.  He was the first democratically elected President after Trujillo's dictatorship. To this day he is remembered for his ferocious advocacy towards
  A library was being created in his honor and I was approached to create the identity and signage.  The idea from the logo came from looking at the picture above, I immediately saw his initials forming his signature thick-framed glasses.
